“Updated Charm”

This home was originally built in 1941. In 2017 the owners renovated and added some additions.

We staged this home in the hopes that family would see themselves living in this family oriented community.

This property gave us the opportunity to be Creative in highlighting the refreshed old charm of this home. At times, Designers miss the mark by bringing in furniture and accessories that “doesn’t speak to the space,” and their vision disconnects or is too modern, or too grandma! (Side note: please try to avoid using Boucle in every design!)

This property also had a deep RED bedroom that was being utilized as a studio. I suggested painting this room SW White Duck. We did and it completely changed the ebb and flow of the space.

**This property SOLD IN ONE DAY! “I guess it felt like home.”
